Privacy policy

What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, email, phone, company and the details you choose to share. When you browse, we record pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a search or an ad), device type and an anonymous visitor ID stored in a first-party cookie. We store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, deliver services you sign up for, send invoices, and understand which pages and campaigns help people find us. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@kalpcanvas.com. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, we do not record your visit.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to 3 years, client records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounts, and visit data for up to 26 months.
